A little about me

Early in life, I realized I loved talking to people and listening. I wanted to be the person people felt they could come to if they needed to talk. That is why I am so thankful to be a counselor. I’d love to have the opportunity to help you.

I know how life has a way of knocking us down, throwing curveballs our way just when we thought everything was going smoothly. I know that you are strong, have people and things in your life that are holding you up. However, there is still something missing. Let me help you find those missing links.

I view you positively and want to help you grow from within. I help individuals identify things that are holding them back, such as old hurts or difficult situations, which are impacting them today. For example, maybe you had a critical parent in childhood and today you question yourself constantly.

I am kind, compassionate, caring, positive, and non-judgmental. I will help you find the things that are weighing you down, let them go and heal.
