Something is going on in your life and you want it to be better. So, here you are checking me out :) I am so glad you are! Finding the right therapist is essential to having a good experience.
In therapy with me you can expect:
A judgement free zone - Any of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are okay. It is all part of our very human existence, and I can’t wait to help you understand that better.
A positive attitude - I come to session with an open, positive and curious mind about you. I truly love to help people and enjoy the work that I do.
Teamwork - We will work together to get to know one another, decide what to talk about and how. We will set goals. I believe you already know what you want to work on and where you want to go. However, if it seems unclear or confusing, I will help you sort that through.
Comfort - This is one of the most important parts of the therapeutic relationship. If you don’t feel comfortable with a therapist, it is impossible to discuss what you need to. I purposely work to build comfort and kindness into my work so that you know you can open up about personal matters.
